Redevelopment Zones
Chico Merged RDA — Includes property in southeast Chico, Central Chico, and the industrially-zoned property at the airport

Greater Chico Urban Area Redevelopment Project Area — Includes various pieces of property both within the City of Chico and Butte County. Includes primarily blighted residential and older industrial areas.

Oroville — Includes area within the 1982 city limits.
